I don't really have much to add to what has already been said, but I had such a great stay here, I just want to add to the praise. My stay here was flawless. In my opinion, the service and quality of this hotel would be competitive in Bangkok, Hong Kong, or Singapore.

I was upgraded to a Grand View Suite (room 2002) and I think it might be the best suite in the hotel considering it is just a few doors down from the Grand Club

I personally thought the happy hour was very good. There were several wines to chose from. It was certainly above average. They also offered me a coffee with baileys as I checked out which is nice to have on the long ride out to GRU.
