DL Elites will have no free access to Delta SkyClub*, or Alaska Lounge* when they choose to fly AS however. Will that benefit be too important to lose? Priority Club membership might ease some of those losses.
....others DL benefits: free inflight DL wifi.... and increased likelihood of better DL IRROP assistance
