Also, the minimum bid varies over time. I've seen minimum bid go down for both my feeder flight (MUC-WAW), and LO97 closer to the travel date. Minimum bid for MUC-WAW upgrade is now at 75 Euros, Instant Upgrade is at 135. LO97 Y -> Y+ went from 305 Euro minimum to 235 2 days out.
