Another data point: LO97 on 27SEP, bid 310 Euros from Economy T into Premium Economy P, bid 8 days out, cleared 48 hours before travel. Didn't bid Business because a) minimum bid was 610 Euros, and b) it was full anyway. PE had 5 unsold seats this morning.
