Something interesting...
In Hyatt's development page you can find the Andaz Taipei under pipeline, but there is no mention of Park Hyatt Taipei.

Edit: As mentioned below I was wrong. It is a little weird to see that the andaz is under "Taiwan", while the Park Hyatt in under the other despite being in the same building.
