You cannot transfer Chase points directly to AA. Doesn't work like that.

You can transfer Chase points directly to BA, then book the AA flights with BA points if they are available. Search ba.com to check availability and pricing.

You can also transfer Chase points directly to UA which flies PHL-IAH-MID (or transfer and book through Aeroplan or LifeMiles if the pricing is better).
