Quick update on this one, I applied yesterday for compensation (ba314 was 90 minutes earlier than ba316) and was told just now that I would get £220. Very fast response! I thought it might be WEAN but obviously not.

So anyone on cancelled BA316 on 20/09/2023 should put a claim in.
