I just received the same requirement today. I don't like these strong arm tactics from Chase. Did anything come from the CFPB complaint that you filed? I'm surprised one of the travel writers hasn't covered this topic. I haven't read the 125 pages and don't want to, but I also don't want to agree to their demands. I really ticks me off.
