I also faced difficulties trying to contact them. I couldn't select my seats in J since the booking was made through an OTA. Initially, I attempted to reach them using their Singapore contact number, enduring a wait of over an hour, I failed. Next, I tried dialing the mentioned 95530 number via Skype, but this was also unsuccessful due to Skype being blocked. Fortunately, I was lucky when I used this number through a regular phone line. However, they informed me that my ticket number began with 169 (hahn), which meant I couldn't utilize the "manage my booking" feature or select my seat online. Only those with directly booked (MU) ticket numbers starting with 712 were able to manage their bookings online or make changes. I even inquired if they could email me my e-ticket, but they couldn't do so due to these circumstances.

If anyone knows a workaround for online PNR checks, seat selection, or managing bookings, please share your insights with me/us?
