It's being rolled out one airport at a time. Eventually, no forms will be required. Just the passport that will be stamped on arrival with how many days and stamped when you exit the country internationally.
Any update on where this "stamp" would occur? The only practical place would be when walking down the jetway given the airport setups. And then, in the case of IROPS, they'd have to disembark you back to migraciones.
