It's being rolled out one airport at a time. Eventually, no forms will be required. Just the passport that will be stamped on arrival with how many days and stamped when you exit the country internationally.
I got a stamp coming into the country with the notation of when I had to leave (4 months). My traveling companions had done the pre-thingy, so they got a little piece of paper that they had to turn in when we flew back out. I was told they were phasing out the paper copy and going exclusively to the stamp.
