CX recently (in years) restricts partners seeing awards within a week of flight. but otherwise it's quite straight forward.
and JL domestics, they only open up ard 2 mths ahead of time so only some touristy routes are open a few months ahead.
In addition, CX usually restricts availability to partners when they release new seats. But that usually only lasts for a couple of weeks. If they are not picked up by their members, then they make it widely available.
I booked several regional J CX flights a year ago, and there are CX awards available today.
Unfortunately, CX still operates at 50% capacity compared to pre-covid and their flights have a very high load factors, especially longhaul. Hence, few awards available even to MPC members.
