Tried to look for this topic but didn’t find it.

United app allows you to pay for airfare via PayPal.

On PayPal, you can split a payment between multiple credit cards.

If I pay for half the airfare with my United Explorer Card and other half of airfare with Chase Sapphire Reserve, will i trigger the travel benefits of both cards? For example, I want the free checked bag and priority boarding provided by United Explorer, but CSR has superior travel + baggage delay benefits and 3x points for travel.

I looked for fine print but didn’t see anything requiring entire payment on your United Explorer to get the free bag benefit:
