Thank you for your suggeston. I removed my FF number using the Finnair app. I waited 10 minutes and reenter my FF number. No Dice, it still does not recognize my status. I have had OWE since April 2023. Ironically, I traveled on a BA purchased ticket a couple of weeks ago (which I purchase before I had status) and I was able to call in and get my status recognized (free advanced seat assignments). Further, I have a trip at the end of December (using AS frequent flyer miles) and got British to recognize my status and get free advanced seat assgnments. I don't know why my status can't be recognized on this flight. Is it possible my BAEC number is some how interfering with my staus recognition? AS claimed something similiar, when I tried to use its Board Room on an international flight. Claimed my AA status was overriding my AS status even though only my AS FF number was entered in the reservation. I showed them my 75k Gold status, stated entry rules per AS website, and was permitted entry.
