The sad state of United's so called "premium" transcon, largely the same food for the last three plus years. The food and service are so far behind every single one of its competitor - I have tried them all the last few weeks (AA, AS, B6, DL) so everyone gets a fair shake.

Btw, sundae was basically all melted because there was only one set of FAs for both aisles. FA forgot my beverage (seltzer) after taking the food/drinks order. A friendly reminder, reiterating lime and no ice, the glass came with ice anyway, and no lime.
