Grab worked perfectly for me, little over an hour from KUL to Villa Samadhi (50 mins on the way back, as it was a Sunday).

I had no problems finding Grab at KUL either. The directions on the app were crystal clear.

(Hit a minor snag with Grab midway through my stay in KUL. They wanted me to verify my credit card as it was a "foreign issued card" before allowing me to book any further rides.That took all of 10 minutes to resolve via the online chat.)
