You are correct in terms of overall passenger flows. But canny Flyertalkers will know that all gates are within approx 10 minutes of the T5B lounge, so those with full mobility should not hesitate to go there, even if on a domestic that should leave from A1. I think BA are thinking the same way, to a point, otherwise why advertise lounge options in T5B with the other lounges?
