Beyond the same issues in the UK around using Priority Pass (and equivalents) queues to access lounges in the US is mainly a Delta problem and this is caused by them doing a deal with Amex to allow Amex Cardholders access on any DL itinerary access in exchange for Amex buying a ton of DL miles during covid when the airline needed a cash injection.
