In the past 2 years of my Hilton stays, only one had me stop and think “this towel is not so great”.
The one property that needed help, towels were not the issue.
* Bed skirt being used as a top sheet.
* Breakfast service. Not once in a weeks stay did they have all items out and available at one time. Including, plastic ware. Every morning we had to ask for several items: plates, cups, salt/pepper, orange juice, plastic ware, milk, cereal, and coffee.
* Coffee, hot water for tea, hot chocolate, etc not available outside of breakfast hours.
* No housekeeping services at all. We were told to empty our own trash cans and put the bags by the trash cans in the hall. Every day they were overflowing with trash from the rooms.
* Trash receptacle outside of front doors was never emptied the entire week.
