100+ nights a year on the road… and I used to be a Hilton loyalist. “Towel quality” has never once crossed my mind. I listed out the actual reasons that have caused me to mostly go free-agent with my stays.
If he’s actually being told that towels are the #1 guest complaint, then he probably should get new consultants or survey-takers.
