I've been PLT for 8 months (and now lifetime PLT) and even though I get the same agents, the phone gets answered faster and I'm happy with the phone service when I need it. Recently, I had a somewhat complicated itinerary which involved a connecting flight to a non-partner airline, as it was handled efficiently. However, I try to do as much on-line as possible.
