You sound like my husband. He is a bit dubious about the timing of some of AA's policy changes. We both made EXP for the first time last year (actually it was on 12/30/03). In January 04, I received a welcome kit with 8 paper VIPs and then in March I also received 8 eVIPs. Mr. ok didn't receive his welcome kit until April (no one at AA could explain the delay), the paper VIPs had been eliminated by then, so he ended up with *only* 8 eVIPs. It's still a sensitive topic with him.

But PresRDC is correct. The GLD/PLT desks were eliminated quite some time ago. FWIW - it has been discussed several times in the past on this board.
