Best practice is to go online immediately after application and look for the new card. Then keep doing so daily (if not more often). Why? Because automated messages aren't always current and e-mails aren't necessarily timely. For all you know the card was approved later on Saturday and it might've been expedited to your wife by now.

We checked my wife's Chase account repeated and new credit card wasn't there. Even today when card is approved and will arrive via UPS on Monday it is not in her Chase business account. The same thing happened to me when I got the 90k chase ink cash offer several months ago. When card arrived, I called Chase and they said they considered the new card to be for a different business than my two other chase business cards so I had to create a new chase business login from scratch for the ink cash card and then I could link it to my primary login after creation. I assume this is the situation with my wife as well. She has not had a chase business card for several years.
