must agree with you here chris63 , this is the essence, FCT is the flagship offering, simply because there is no other lounge that has the same service level. How bad a manager do you need to be to screw that up with a mediocre restaurant service? I guess this just shows the lack of strategic thinking of LH management. Penny wise, pound foolish - just replied in another threat how bad in comparison MUC transfers are …
