I have tried a few different bookings and things that might have previously showed up as a code share are now showing up as native to the carrier (LATAM in my case).
As earlier posters have said, they can't get away with changing the goalposts after you have booked, but it looks like they may be setting something up so they can cover edge cases for 3rd party operators today where their IT has yet to catch up.
