If I'm thinking about status matching away from DL, and 90% of my travel is paid PS/D1 to MUC/FRA; does UA or LH hold an advantage over the other? The only reason I ask this is because <b>LH operates a majority of the desirable flights</b> (in terms of departure and arrival times), but the lack of seat maps is unnerving. However if the LH miles go further I could turn a blind eye.
Haven't done a deep dive in to both programs yet; mostly interested if one holds an advantage over the other since <B>most of these bookings will be on multiple metal</B>.
I think you may have answered your own question. Flying on United makes sense if you’re also looking for lifetime status. If you become top tier on LH, it’s a better experience.
