The lack of chauffeur outside the UAE shouldn't affect your opinion on the overall EY service - there are few airlines who offer chauffeur now. Only Emirates and Turkish (outside Istanbul) according to One Mile At A Time offer widespread Arrival and Departure services.

Thank you very much for this clarification and background.

I wasnt really expecting it until I received a message and also a prompt in Manage my Bookings to order my complimentary chauffeur - including at my origin and destination.
