My expectations of Etihad have gone down very significantly.
The Etihad Chauffeur service hasn't been in operation outside the UAE for years now. The last time I had it was June 2016...! The current details are available on the
website where it clearly states only in UAE.
The lack of chauffeur outside the UAE shouldn't affect your opinion on the overall EY service - there are few airlines who offer chauffeur now. Only Emirates and Turkish (outside Istanbul) according to
One Mile At A Time offer widespread Arrival and Departure services.
