Ultimately, this shouldn’t be a discussion about which Lufthansa is “disappointed” or “frustrated”. Käfer is a contractor which is not meeting the expectations of LH or passengers - and because those passengers pay thousands of Euros for their tickets, there is absolutely no room for a “wait and see and hope it gets better” approach. It should have been right from Day 1.
I was in the FCT earlier this year and have booked an F flight from MUC in February, so I’m keen to compare the two offerings for myself.
