(I’m not a Chase banker, just an aggressive CC churner who pays close attention to 5/24 and has opened ~6-8 Chase biz cards and 20 or more other biz cards in the past 3 years.)

About 3-4 years ago there were frequent discussions regarding the challenges/difficulties of successfully applying for Chase biz cards. The frequency of those discussions has decreased significantly and now we’re more likely to read reports of successful churning of Chase Ink cards very few months.

Of course YMMV (your mileage may vary), the success rate for credit card applications in general is highly individualized and although there’s some insight to the details, all the specifics are still TBD (to be determined).
