I am sure it is one where compensation is due based on when it happened. What’s interesting is that I can thro TFW around 1730 and couldn’t proceed. Checked with the agent and I had been offloaded at 1715 and the notes said flight cancelled. At that stage the flight showed as delayed but not a delayed time which tends to be an indicator that they have run out of allocated planes or crew and trying to work out what to do.

anyway, the agent called someone and was assured it wasn’t cancelled so put me back on and I went thro.
later on it changed to on time again so presumably they had replanned.
but just after 1800 I got an email that it had been cancelled. So easier for me to book my train home, reclaim the train fare, and claim compensation. Remember that you can book the train yourself and claim it back, or BA can book you on to LNER

This was eventually canx whilst awaiting a replacement first officer - FCRY. Now about that speedbird academy
