Such good advice here! I flew home from the USA with a box that was slightly too big, TBH an awkward size.... I put a loop of rope on it, duct taped down to produce handles... and nervously checked it in. The check in agent gave it a long look (and I thought, here we go) then their face lit up and they said "You put HANDLES on it" and off it went. Make it easier for them... and good things happen...lol
