I called the 24/7 service center and they answered quickly. Informed me that my complimentary chauffeur service was only available for me in Abu Dhabi - a place I am stopping for 2 1/2 hours to change planes, but not at my origin or destination. This is a joke.

My expectations of Etihad have gone down very significantly.
