Stayed here back April for a week.
Applied a Globalist upgrade and got a standard suite on a high-floor overlooking the inner courtyard. Was very happy with the room: large, lots of space, and natural wood that reminded me of my stay at the Park Hyatt Seoul. Housekeeping was great and we had no complaints.
Club Lounge punched above its weight, with made-to-order breakfasts and evening offerings. Service was friendly throughout and as a family, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxed and inclusive place. The nearby neighborhood is definitely a suburb of Beijing, with transit options requiring connections to get into the center. Didi was quick and efficient, although it could be anywhere between 15-30 minutes to get to the inner ring roads.
All in all a really solid hotel, although the biggest downside is just that it's outside of the city core. We were visiting family and didn't mind, but if you're a first time visitor Beijing, I'd suggest trying to be closer to city center.
