RDMs convert to MQD at 100:1 as of now when you fly on awards. Having demonetized RDMs to 1c each, I think DL will not devalue them more, but who knows?
Many airlines offers buyups on Elite status with RDMs - UA used to offer at 5:1 conversion of miles to elite miles a long time ago for card holders.
