Depends on time of day. GH during traffic hours can be a challenge going to TSA. GV is typically light traffic going towards TSA. The only bottle-neck is the bridge but it has a really long extended green during rush hour so it won't hold you back too long.
Sure, during the worst traffic here I could see the GH being 10 minutes longer. The WORST traffic. My point wasn't that GH is quicker. It just happened to be at the time of my posting (and incidentally, GH is faster right now at 8:45am...17 min vs 11 min by transit, 13 min vs 11 min by car) My point was that it's not much of a difference so as to suggest factoring into a hotel decision.
