The Equinox benefit is a real catch. I don't have Equinox where I live. I wish they would offer a few more high-end gym partnerships like LifeTime.

I have actually found that DL has done a good job Sky Club entry and linking a pax's particular benefits to the PNR. The guest pass thing has already been in the works (and now we know it was probably a soft rollout!). While I don't know, I imagine it would be fairly straightforward from an IT angle for DL to offer unlimited access when flying in a premium cabin. Maybe that's the bone they will throw us?
