You can sit on a couple chairs with bright lights and possibly buy a coffee. You will not be offered onward boarding pass until about 4 hrs prior to DEL-YYZ flight. You will not be able to enter international terminal with (bad) lounges, hotel etc. It will be fairly miserable but likely still doable especially on 1 ticket. If AP lets you change it free of charge get all over that
