My niece was due to fly LHR-BNA today for a long weekend birthday treat. The flight was cancelled and they are due to fly tomorrow via Philadelphia. They were booked in J both ways. They booked via Trailfinders so I’m not sure how proactive they can be overnight. They are loosing half the trip as things stand so time is in short supply. Can they approach BA direct to see if the return flight can be pushed back to restore the length of their original trip. Could they insist on an AA flight that would get them there sooner? They are overnighting at LHR. is there anyone in T5 who can help?
