As for the Jazz fleet/CRJ-200s. The minimum fleet guarantee for Jazz was decided in 2019 and did allow for them to range anywhere from keeping all the DH3s and CRJ-200 or allowing for retirement of both and the addition of 20-25 new aircraft. We saw that with the addition of the Embraer 175s and the CRJ-900NGs.
Wide bodies are a given I would think. More A220’s seems also likely based on the article. The A220 really allows the upguage of lots of routes and is pretty efficient. Seems a lot is predicated on the new contract with the pilots.
