You've misunderstood what they said. "This head start" refers to the head start of 2023 PQDs they deposited in our accounts that count towards 2024 status. Hence it's a head start on 2024 status. Nowhere does it say they are depositing "head start" PQDs into our accounts in calendar year 2024.

What do you make of the last two words, then? "...As well" clearly refers to "this head start in 2024." That, to me, says they're doing the same "head start" thing twice. I will admit that marketers are not always the best at the English language so parsing what they wrote could prove to be a fruitless exercise. I guess we'll all find out soon en
