You've misunderstood what they said. "This head start" refers to the head start of 2023 PQDs they deposited in our accounts that count towards 2024 status. Hence it's a head start on 2024 status. Nowhere does it say they are depositing "head start" PQDs into our accounts in calendar year 2024.
