I was able to access the Al Mourjan lounges with no issues by showing my MNL-DOH ticket. Just a few phone calls made at the reception but was waved through no problem. Likely to be the case for the other eligible OW lounges if your fare doesn't qualify for Al Mourjan.

I’m aware that based on the OW Lounge Access rules for Doha, Al Safwa First and Al Mourjan Business lounges aren’t eligible, but it’s great to hear it might be in this case.
I suppose there’s no harm in trying the AM lounges first by showing my ADL-DOH J class ticket. I’ll give it a shot and report back on how it goes.
