Glitch in IHG iOS App?
Hi, I have the IHG app on my iPhone (app and iOS all up to date) and the app appears to have a glitch. Wonder if anyone else has experienced or noticed this.
I have a reservation coming up from Oct 4 through 11. My email reservation shows October 4. The "card" in Apple Wallet shows Oct. 4. IHG's website shows Oct. 4. But the app shows Oct. 3 (on the home page). When I click "View" it shows Oct. 3. When I click "Reservation Details" it shows Oct. 3.
However when I click (still on the app) through to "NightStay" (broken down by price) it shows Oct. 4 as the 1st date I am paying for, and "Cancelling before 4:00PM on Wednesday, 4 October 2023 will result in no charge..."
Anyone else have this happening? Best way to ask IHG about it? Many thanks!
