AA Not Recognizing AAdvantage Number/Name While Logged In?
What it says on the tin. I'm logged in to my Aadvantage account booking a ticket for myself and the system is kicking back a "Name/AAdvantage Number don't match" error. Anyone know what's going on/how to fix the issue?
[I also tried using my BAEC number and got the same error.]
Edit: The issue resolved but I am now trying to switch the FFN on the reservation from AA to BA...sigh...
