Definitely NOT an apologist for BA. What I meant was that BA clearly cannot manage some things very well inside the UK, so if you live outside the UK you seem to have no chance!
Fair enough - but when I lived in my native EU country, nothing ever failed to arrive, and only took max a week. Three and a half years of nothing, and ten months before this arrives seems to be more than just the postal service
