in terms of liquidating though - was wondering is it easier to order the $250 physical visas from giftcards.com and pay the $6 fee - if in this case I have a 3% cash back Citi merchant offer that’s still leaving me $1.50 profit per card and I’m getting the 2X ThankYou points + 3X AAdvantage on top of that…and then easier to either use them organically as can do either online or in store, or not sure if there’s a ms liquidation play…anyone ever tried their physical ones/ have any DP? It says they’re issued by Pathward…
Yep, as I mentioned earlier, it depends on your situation. I am sitting on years worth of points so using a point earning card right now is risky (deval's) when my BoA has a positive delta with the standard fee on the $250's being 2.39% (assuming 3x on the portal). And again, I'm more interested in hitting the Ink 5x on OSS GC's to pay where debit is accepted right now. But If I flew weekly and had AA as an option, I would be getting as many LP's as I could and that would be my priority. All just depends on your situation.
