Since 2020 we've found the Royal Mail to be utterly pathetic. And that's if the items get there at all. We've regularly posted items twice, costing us twice the postage cost.
I live in the Netherlands and see the same delays with ex-UK deliveries. PostNL (incumbent carrier/ in charge of customs clearance) are hopeless with clearing parcels, taking ages and trying it on with weird extra charges.
But is that Royal Mail's fault?
