CX website - unresponsive after inputting PNR + Earnings on different fare classes?
I just tried adding a Qatar PNR to my CX account on the website and it didn't work. The website told me to "login" with the PNR instead so that's what I did, and I was able to access the booking.
Then, I tried to log in to my account and retrieve the booking there, but the website crashed afterwards and I'm forever stuck on a blank page with a blue windows loading icon... Is there any fix to that?
Besides, does anyone know how miles will be calculated if I'm booked into 2 different fare classes (N and V respectively) on separate legs? All my outbound flights are booked into class N and my return flights into class V (which give me different status points/asia miles apparently). Does the miles calculator display earnings for one leg only and all I do is simply add the miles for N and V to get the total?
