You get the same meal service whether on a B777 or A320. If you check the economy seat map on ExpertFlyer for free (and compare it to Aerolopa) you can determine if its a lay flat configuration.

There are no free massages in the lounge (imagine the queue) but you can get a paid one at the airport spas.
